CANCELLATION POLICY

All refunds will only be issued if written notification is submitted to Topkon Congress & Event Management.

• A 50% refund will be granted for cancellations reported by July 30, 2024.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after July 30, 2024.
• Please note that all refunds will be processed one month after the conclusion of the congress.

Accommodation
Per night based on bed and breakfast, VAT and Accommodation tax will be added.
(2% Accommodation Tax has been added to the accommodation fees and 10% VAT will be added)

All congress accommodation reservations must be made through Topkon Congress & Event Management.

AIRPORT TRANSFER

• Please note that 20% VAT will be added to the above fees.

Payment:
Full payment for your accommodation and airport transfer are required upfront before the congress. Payment instructions, including the specific account number for Topkon Congress & Event Management, will be provided upon reservation.

Payments for registration, accommodation and airport transfer can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
